Our purpose is to Continually Improve People’s Lives by Constantly Striving to be Our Best.

This purpose verbalizes the very core of Trinity’s being, and helps describe our unique culture.  You see, we believe that these traits are within each Trinity team member, these strands make up our "DNA".

In fact, before anyone can join our team, they must posses these qualities in order to preserve the special culture we enjoy. The strands of our DNA include: Honesty/Ethics, Trust/Loyalty, Focus/Compassion, Servant Leadership/Wisdom, Teamwork/Creativity, Customer Service/Work Ethics, and Continuous Improvement.

Everyone in the company, in every office throughout the country, knows and understands our purpose.  This is because:
