Claim Prevention & Process Information


Our professional claims department is here to help manage the claims process for you from start to finish.  Our knowledgeable team turns a stressful situation into a worry-free easy process, and will take the time to answer your questions and concerns. 

Step One: Start off by completing our claim form.  It's in Microsoft Excel format, and we appreciate if you can edit it in this format and email us when complete.  Feel free to print, complete, and scan to attach to an email as well. 
 
**Note: Only Trinity customers can submit this form.  Sorry, shippers, consignees, carriers, and other parties associated with the load cannot complete this documentation unless they are the Trinity bill-to client for the shipment in question. **
 
Step Two:  Send supporting documentation, including but not limited to bills of lading, photos of damage, and original invoice for the cost of replacement (not retail cost).  Your claim cannot be processed without supporting documentation.
